The Founder of RLO Business Coaching and Development is a highly experienced consultant, coach, and trainer with over 25 years’ experience working with children, young people, and marginalised and vulnerable communities. Her career spans the health sector, local authorities, education, youth work, and the third sector, giving her a deep understanding of systems, policy, and practice. Specialising in widening access and participation, inclusion, social value, and domestic abuse, Becky combines professional expertise with lived experience to deliver impactful coaching, training, careers guidance, and organisational development. With a Master’s in Public Health, coaching qualifications, and certification as a Freedom Facilitator, she brings evidence-led insight, empathy, and strategic thinking to everything she does—supporting individuals and organisations to thrive.
